When you purchase a product from our websites, just like any other purchase, a contract for that sale is established. Below, we explain the procedures.
Upon receipt of your order, we send a confirmation email containing all the information regarding each product you are requesting to purchase, including price (taxes included), shipping costs, and, to the extent possible, the estimated delivery date. This order confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer, and therefore, a contract is concluded in which you buy and we sell what you have expressly requested to purchase.
The contract can be terminated by both parties without incurring any liability only until the product is shipped.
If you wish to terminate the contract, please promptly send an email to customercare@astreet.it. Regardless of which party terminates (before shipping), a refund will be sent to you within 14 days, including any shipping costs if specified at the time of order and paid.
The price of the Products is shown on our website and always includes VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are excluded and must be added to the total amount due.
Despite our best efforts, it may happen that some of the products for sale on our website have an incorrect price. Our staff constantly verifies prices during the shipping process so that if the price is found to be incorrect but lower than indicated, you will be charged the lower amount. If, however, the check reveals an error, and the price of the chosen product is higher than the price indicated on our website, our customer care will contact you to inquire whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order. In this case, a full refund will be sent to you within 14 days, including any shipping costs if specified and paid.
By placing an order on the website, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that when the order is accepted and processed, the payment will be made in full.
Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed, and subject to stock availability. We strive to dispatch a product on the same working day if the order is received by 4:00 PM Italian time.
Our goal is to fulfill all orders, but our sole responsibility if a product is no longer available or if, for any reason, we cannot provide a specific product, is to ensure that you are not charged for the product.
Our delivery service is subject to a fee, except for orders over €250.00 dispatched to Italy or over €500.00 for international orders.
If you change your mind about your purchase, according to consumer contract regulations, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to notify the seller that you have changed your mind and wish to return the product.
A Street S.r.l. has decided to extend this period, allowing you 28 days from the date of receipt to inform us and return the product. If you have ordered multiple products with a single order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 28 days after the day you received the last product.
It is important to note that you cannot change your mind and return the following products:
- Customized items, including items that have been adapted or modified by you.
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection, and have been opened after delivery (e.g., swimwear and underwear).
If you change your mind, you are required to return the product. Until you decide whether or not to return a product, Consumer Contract Regulations require you to treat it with care. This does not mean you cannot try it on or check if it fits. We just ask you to handle our products with the utmost care. Therefore, please do not remove labels, tamper with stickers or hygiene seals, and keep the original packaging as intact as possible.
If you do not handle the product with care and return it to us damaged, we may take legal action against you for damages.
To notify us that you have changed your mind and wish to cancel the order, you must send an email to our address customercare@astreet.it. Please keep a copy of the cancellation email and follow the instructions in the Return Policy section.
Within 14 days of receiving your email or cancellation form informing us of your intention to cancel the order, we will send you a refund, including shipping costs if applicable and paid. No refund will be sent until we have received the returned products.
All refunds will be credited using the same payment method used to place the order. If you prefer to exchange the product(s) rather than receive a refund, instructions are provided below.
If you want to exchange the product for a different size or color, send back the original product along with your request within 28 days from the date you received the product. Follow the procedure outlined above to cancel the order and inform us that you prefer to change the item rather than receive a refund.
If the size/color you requested in exchange is not available, we will notify you and provide a refund as an alternative.
It is essential to follow the instructions for the use and care of each product correctly.
For clothing items, it is crucial to adhere strictly to the washing instructions on the label. Each garment undergoes thorough washing and quality control in every production batch before leaving the factory. For accessories, it is essential to follow the manufacturer’s instructions on any usage restrictions.
We cannot assume any responsibility towards you if the problem with the product is caused by misuse or negligence.
In any case, if you encounter a problem with the purchased product, do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@astreet.it, and we will try to assist you.
If an item is indicated on the delivery note but is missing from the package, contact our customer service at customercare@astreet.it, and we will remedy the error as quickly as possible.
We prepare the material on our site to the best of our abilities, but if you notice a problem, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve it.
In case of necessity, we may have to suspend access to our site to perform routine or emergency maintenance. We will not be responsible if, for any reason, our site is temporarily unavailable.
We will not be liable to you for any errors or omissions or any technical issues that may occur, or for any use by you of the material on the site, on any linked website, or any material posted on it.
In the event of our failure to comply with these terms and conditions, we will only be liable for any losses you suffer as a result, to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence for both of us at the time you placed the order for the product in question or otherwise used the site.
Our total liability to you in connection with an order you place for a product will be limited to the amount you paid for the product. These limitations and exclusions do not affect your legal rights and apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
As we sell products exclusively for personal use, our liability to you cannot, for any reason, include any business-related damages, such as loss of data, loss of profits, loss of sales, or interruption of business activity.
You are authorized to use the material on the site very limitedly: solely to use the site as intended and in accordance with these terms and conditions for your personal and non-commercial use. You cannot copy, reproduce, republish, download, publish, distribute, transmit, make available to the public, or use any of our site content.
Through certain sections of our site, you have the opportunity to submit content. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, it is your responsibility to submit content that does not:
- Contain defamatory material against any person;
- Contain obscene, offensive, derogatory, or provocative material;
- Promote sexually explicit material;
- Promote or incite violence or discrimination, whether it be racial, sexual, religious, or based on disability and sexual orientation;
- Violate copyright or any other intellectual property rights of any other person or company;
- Contain threats, invade others’ privacy, or cause annoyance, discomfort, or unnecessary anxiety or likely cause harassment, annoyance, embarrassment, or irritation to any other person;
- Be used to impersonate any person by misrepresenting your true identity;
- Aim to exploit our channels to transmit any unauthorized or third-party-owned advertising or promotional material associated with A Street S.r.l. brands.
By submitting your content, you grant us and A Street S.r.l. a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute, and sublicense the content, in whole or in part and in any form, for marketing purposes in our proprietary materials and on social media.
You will be responsible for all losses, costs, and expenses we may incur, all damages awarded against us by a court, and all sums we have to pay in consequence of any agreement entered into by us as a result of:
- Any claim by any third party that your content is defamatory, offensive, or harassing, or is obscene or pornographic, or is illegal or constitutes a breach of any law, regulation, or code of conduct;
- Any claim by third parties that your content violates the copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
- Any claim by third parties that your content violates any right to privacy or confidentiality.
However, we reserve the right to refuse to publish content on the site or remove already published content, although we do not actively moderate the content posted.
It is prohibited to misuse our site by introducing or attempting to deliberately introduce any virus, Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb, keystroke logger, spyware, adware, or other material that is potentially or actually harmful or technologically damaging. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site and/or the server on which it resides is prohibited.

We may make available through our site some services provided by third parties. To access these services, it is your responsibility to register with these entities directly.
Having no control over the content of the websites of these third parties or the provision of their services, you use them at your own risk. We will not be liable not only for the services you have requested but for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. This also applies to any failure or delay in your favor caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, the remaining terms and conditions will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the supply of products and/or your use of our site.
It is our right and privilege to review and modify the terms and conditions.
You will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect when you order our products or use the site.
If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled a dispute, you may resort to legal action by appealing to the court in the city where you are domiciled.

Upon receipt of your complaint, our Customer Service will endeavor to send you a response email within 24 working hours.
If your problem is easily resolved, you will be contacted for a resolution suggestion within 72 hours of the confirmation email being sent.
If you believe that the complaint has not been fully resolved when you receive the final response from Customer Service, please inform the Customer Service team, which will forward your complaint to our Complaints Office. Our Complaints Office will handle your complaint in accordance with the above timeframes.
