Returns and Refunds

To make a return, send an email with the order number and reason to resi@officinesuperbike.com

To inform us that you have changed your mind and intend to cancel your order, you must send an email to our address resi@officinesuperbike.com

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item). In such circumstances, return costs will be entirely at our expense.

All refunds will be credited via the same payment method used to place the order. If you would prefer to exchange the product(s) rather than receive a refund, you will find instructions on how to do so below.

If you wish to exchange the Product for a different size or color, please send the original Product back to us along with your request within 28 days from the date you received the Product. Follow the procedure outlined above to cancel the order and, at the time of cancellation, inform us that you prefer to exchange the item rather than receive a refund.

If the size/color you requested for exchange is not available, we will notify you and send you a refund instead.

I received a damaged package! What should I do?
If the contents of the package are also damaged or if any items are missing from your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why does an item's tag not show the price?
It may happen that items ordered online are shipped without a price or without a tag. The customer always has the right to return what they received within 28 days of delivery.

The order I received is not mine! What should I do?
If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to ordini@officinesuperbike.com quoting your order number.

I received an incorrect item, what should I do?
If you have received an item you did not order or that is different in color or size, please contact us by sending an email to ordini@officinesuperbike.com quoting your order number, and we will explain what to do.

An item is missing from my package compared to what I ordered. What should I do?
If your package does not contain the entire order, check the attached documents to see if the items you received match the invoice (it may happen that our warehouse divides orders into multiple shipments).
If the accompanying document lists an item that should be in the package but is not, hurry and contact us by sending an email to ordini@officinesuperbike.com quoting your order number.
Please note: completing the checks to trace missing items can take up to 5 working days.

Is it possible to exchange ordered items?
The package contains documents summarizing the necessary information for returning an item. In case the desired size or color is not available when we receive the return, we will refund the corresponding amount and inform you by email.
If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order.

I want to return the goods, what should I do?
If you need to make a return and have not received any documents in your package, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to let us know you are ready to return by sending an email to resi@officinesuperbike.com quoting your order number. Ship the goods to the address indicated on the return form. You have 28 days from the shipping date. 

  2. The return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt at the warehouse.

Do I have to pay for the return?
All returns from Italy have the same cost as the outgoing shipment. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order.

I received a refund but I requested an exchange. Why?
If the desired size or color is not available when we receive the return, we will refund the corresponding amount and inform you by email.

Why have I not yet received a refund or replacement?
As soon as the return request is processed by our warehouse, we will send an email. Contact us if you have not received a message within 10 working days of the return being received at our warehouse by sending an email to resi@officinesuperbike.com quoting your order number.
After receiving the email notifying you that the refund has been processed, it may take up to 5 working days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, or 24 hours for PayPal refunds.

Can I get assistance with my shipment?
To assist you with a return, we will need the shipping information. If you no longer have this information, please contact the courier directly, who can help you locate the return.

How can I tell if you have received my return?
By consulting the return shipping information, you can see if the package has been delivered. Once the package is received, it will take 7-10 days to process the return.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a new shipping number (if you requested an exchange) or a refund receipt.

I believe I received an incorrect refund. What should I do?
Contact us by sending an email to resi@officinesuperbike.com quoting your order number if you believe your refund was not processed correctly.
