Terms and Conditions

Officine Superbike – Anniluce – A Street – Officine Toesca – Skandal are brands owned by A Street S.r.l., while Berik and Wuasabi are two friendly brands. When you purchase a product from the officinesuperbike.com website, you are purchasing it from us.

"A Street S.r.l." is a company registered with the Turin Chamber of Commerce under number TO1224223 since 02/08/2016. Our VAT number is IT11576580010.

When you purchase a Product from our websites, just like any other purchase, a contract for that sale is made. Below, we explain the procedures.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation email containing all information related to each product you are requesting to purchase, price (taxes included), shipping costs, and, where possible, an estimated delivery date. This order confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer and, consequently, a contract is stipulated whereby you purchase and we sell what you have expressly requested to purchase.

The contract may be terminated by either party without incurring any liability only until the product is shipped.

If you wish to terminate the contract, please send an email promptly to customercare@officinesuperbike.com. Whichever party terminates (before shipment), you will receive a refund within 14 days, including any shipping costs if provided for in the order and paid.

The price of the Products will be as shown on our website and is always understood to include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are excluded and must be added to the total due.

Despite our best efforts, it may happen that some of the products for sale on our Site show an incorrect price. Our staff constantly checks prices during the shipping process so that if the price is incorrect but lower than indicated, you will be charged the lower amount. If the check reveals an error and the price of the chosen product is higher than the price indicated on our Site, our customer care will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order. In this case, you will receive a full refund within 14 days, including any shipping costs if provided for and paid.

By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that the payment details you provided are valid and that when the order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed, and subject to stock availability. We commit to shipping a Product on the same business day provided the order is received by 4:00 PM Italian time.

Our goal is to fulfill all orders, but our sole responsibility in the event a Product is no longer available, or if we are unable for any reason to supply a particular Product, will be to ensure that we do not charge you for the cost of the Product.

Our delivery service is subject to a charge unless orders exceed €250.00 for deliveries within Italy, or €500.00 for deliveries to foreign territories.

If you change your mind about your purchase, according to consumer contract regulations, you will have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to inform the seller that you have changed your mind and wish to return the product.

A Street S.r.l. has decided to extend this period, granting you 28 days from the date you received your purchase to inform us and return the product. If you ordered multiple Products with a single order that were delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 28 days after the day you received the last Product.

It is important to know that it is not possible to change your mind and return the following products:

  • Personalized for you, including items that have been adapted or modified by you
  • Products which, by their nature, cannot be sent back for reasons of hygiene and health protection and which have been opened after delivery (e.g., swimwear and underwear)

If you change your mind, you are obliged to return the Product to us. Until you decide whether or not to return a Product to us, please remember that the Consumer Contracts Regulations require you to treat it with care.

This does not mean you cannot try it on or check that it is suitable for you. We simply ask you to treat our products with the utmost care. Therefore, we ask you not to remove labels, tamper with stickers or hygiene seals, and to keep the original packaging as intact as possible.

If you have not treated the Product with care and return it to us damaged, we may bring a claim against you for damages.

To inform us that you have changed your mind and intend to cancel the order, you must send an email to our address resi@officinesuperbike.com.

Within 14 days of receiving your email informing us of your intention to cancel the order, we will send you a refund including shipping costs, if due and paid. No refund will be issued until we have received the returned products.

All refunds will be credited using the same payment method used to place the order. If you prefer to exchange the Product(s) rather than receive a refund, please find the instructions below.

If you wish to exchange the Product for a different size or color, please send back the original Product along with your request within 28 days from the date you received the Product. Follow the procedure above to cancel the order and, at the time of cancellation, inform us that you prefer to exchange the item rather than receive a refund.

If the size/color you requested for exchange is not available, we will notify you and arrange for a refund instead.

It is important that the instructions for use and care for each Product are followed correctly.

For clothing items, it is important to strictly adhere to the washing instructions indicated on the label. Each garment undergoes careful trial washing and quality control in each production batch before leaving the factory. For accessories, it is important to adhere to the manufacturer's instructions regarding any usage restrictions.

We will not be held responsible for any issues with the Product caused by incorrect or negligent use on your part.

In any case, if you have a problem with the Product purchased, do not hesitate to contact us at our address customercare@officinesuperbike.com, and we will try to help you.

If an item that should be included in the package is indicated on the delivery note but is missing, please contact our customer service at customercare@officinesuperbike.com, who will remedy the error as quickly as possible.

We prepare the material on our Site to the best of our ability, but if you find a problem, do not hesitate to let us know; we will do our best to resolve it.

If necessary, we may need to suspend access to our Site to perform routine or emergency maintenance. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our Site is temporarily unavailable.

We shall not be liable to you for any errors or omissions or any technical problems that may occur, or for any use by you of the material on the Site, on any linked website, or any material posted thereon.

In the event of our breach of these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for any losses you suffer as a result, to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence for both of us at the time you ordered the Product in question or otherwise used the Site.

Our total liability to you in relation to an order you placed for a Product will be limited to the amount you paid for the Product. These limitations and exclusions do not affect your statutory rights and are valid only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

Since we sell Products exclusively for personal use, our liability to you cannot, for any reason, include any commercial damages such as loss of data, loss of profits, loss of sales or interruption of business activity.

You are authorized to use the material on the Site in a very limited way: exclusively to use the Site as intended and in accordance with these terms and conditions for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public anything from our site.

Through certain sections of our site, you will have the opportunity to submit content. For everyone to have a pleasant experience, you must ensure that your content does not:

  • Contain defamatory material about any person,
  • Contain obscene, offensive, derogatory, or provocative material;
  • Promote sexually explicit material,
  • Promote or incite violence or discrimination, whether racial, sexual, religious, disability-related, or based on sexual orientation;
  • Violate copyright or any other intellectual property rights of any other person or company;
  • Contain threats, infringements of others' privacy, or that may cause annoyance, inconvenience, or unnecessary anxiety, or be a likely cause of harassment, annoyance, embarrassment, or irritation to any other person;
  • Be used to impersonate any person by misrepresenting your true identity;
  • Aim to exploit our channels to transmit any unauthorized advertising or promotional material or material owned by brands other than those attributable to A Street S.r.l.

By submitting your content, you grant us and A Street S.r.l. a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute, and sublicense the Content, in whole or in part and in any form, for marketing purposes in our proprietary materials and on social media.

You will be responsible for all losses, costs, and expenses incurred by us, all damages awarded against us by a court, and all sums paid by us as a result of any agreement entered into by us due to:

  • Any claim by any third party that your Content is defamatory, offensive, or harassing, or is obscene or pornographic, or is illegal or constitutes a violation of any law, regulation, or code of conduct;
  • Any claim by third parties that your Content infringes the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties; and
  • Any claim by third parties that your Content infringes any right to privacy or confidentiality.

We reserve the right to refuse to publish content on the site or to remove content already published on the Site, even if we do not actively moderate the published content.

We will take action against anyone who attempts to republish Content previously rejected or deleted from the Site.

Misuse of our Site is prohibited by deliberately introducing or attempting to introduce any virus, trojan horse, worm, logic bomb, keystroke logger, spyware, adware, or other potentially and actually harmful or technologically damaging material. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site and/or the Server on which it resides is prohibited.

Any violation of the above provisions will constitute a crime under the Italian Penal Code. A Street S.r.l. will immediately report any violation to the public security authorities, cooperating with such authorities by disclosing the identity of the transgressor.

The use of any type of acquisition technology aimed at emulating our Site is also prohibited.

We may make available through our Site certain services provided by third parties. To access these services, it will be your responsibility to register with these entities and deal directly with them.

Having no control over the content of such third-party sites or the provision of their services, any use will be at your own risk. We will not be held responsible, not only for the services you request, but for any eventual loss or damage that may result from your use of the same. As well as for any default or delay to you that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, the remaining terms and conditions will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to the supply of Products and/or your use of our Site.

We have the right and power to revise and amend terms and conditions.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you order our Products or use the Site.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a dispute, you may take legal action by contacting the court in the city where you are domiciled.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return in accordance with our return policy. If you are not satisfied with the answers received, you can contact Customer Service by writing to customercare@officinesuperbike.com.

Upon receipt of your complaint, our Customer Service will endeavor to send you a reply email within 24 business hours.

If your problem is simple to resolve, you will be contacted with a resolution suggestion within 72 hours of sending the confirmation email.

If you believe the complaint has not been fully resolved when you receive the final response from Customer Service, please inform the Customer Service team, who will forward your complaint to our Complaints Department. Our Complaints Department will handle your complaint in accordance with the timelines indicated above.
